Terms and Conditions

Effective 1 May 2026. These terms govern your use of the IFPS platform operated by Integrity Fire Protection Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“IFPS”, “we”, “our”).

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the IFPS platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

IFPS provides a compliance-driven inspection, quotation, work-order and certificate-vault platform aligned to SANS 10177, SANS 10400-T and other applicable standards. The Service is intended for use by inspectors, contractors, clients, insurers and administrators.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. New accounts require approval by an IFPS administrator. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion where misuse is suspected.

4. Inspections, reports and certificates

Inspection reports, repair quotations and compliance certificates generated through the Service reflect the work performed and the information captured at the time of inspection. IFPS does not guarantee a specific compliance outcome and the Service does not replace the duty of building owners, contractors or insurers to maintain legally compliant fire-protection installations.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You will not upload content that is fraudulent, infringing or misleading.
You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

6. Payment and subscriptions

Where the Service is offered on a paid basis, fees and renewal terms will be communicated at sign-up. All amounts are stated in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated and exclude VAT unless stated.

7. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant IFPS a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide the Service to you and the parties you authorise (e.g. contractors and insurers).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IFPS's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. IFPS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and via the Service. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
